General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Royal Dalmatia d.o.o. ("Agency"), and its clients ("Client") engaging in luxury nautical travel services provided by the Agency. By booking and/or using our services, the Client agrees to abide by these Terms.

• To confirm a booking, the Client must pay a deposit as specified by Royal Dalmatia d.o.o.
• Full payment is required before the commencement of the travel.
• Prices quoted are subject to change until booking confirmation.

• Cancellations must be made in writing to Royal Dalmatia d.o.o.
• Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the timing of cancellation.
• Refunds are subject to Royal Dalmatia d.o.o.'s discretion and may be subject to deductions for administrative costs.

• It is the Client's responsibility to ensure all travel documents (passports, visas, etc.) are valid.
• The Client must obtain appropriate travel insurance covering nautical activities and any potential risks associated with the travel.

• The Client must inform Royal Dalmatia d.o.o. of any health conditions or special requirements.
• Royal Dalmatia d.o.o. reserves the right to refuse travel if it deems the Client unfit or unable to participate safely.

• Royal Dalmatia d.o.o. reserves the right to modify or cancel travel arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances.
• In the event of cancellation by Royal Dalmatia d.o.o., the Client will be offered alternative arrangements or a full refund.

• Royal Dalmatia d.o.o. acts only as an intermediary between the Client and third-party service providers.
• Royal Dalmatia d.o.o. shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by third-party services.
• The Client agrees to indemnify Royal Dalmatia d.o.o. against any claims arising from their actions or negligence during the travel.

• The Client must adhere to local laws, customs, and regulations at all times during the travel.
• The Client must conduct themselves in a manner that does not disrupt the travel experience for others.

• Any complaints during the travel must be reported to Royal Dalmatia d.o.o. immediately to allow for timely resolution.
• Failure to report complaints during the travel may affect Royal Dalmatia d.o.o.'s ability to address them adequately.

• Royal Dalmatia d.o.o. will collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
• The Client's personal information will only be used for the purpose of facilitating travel arrangements.

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Split, Croatia.

• Royal Dalmatia d.o.o. reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
• Amendments will be effective upon posting on Royal Dalmatia d.o.o.'s website or other communication channels.

• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By booking our services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Royal Dalmatia d.o.o. regarding luxury nautical travel services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
